The agricultural winery ‘La Fonte’ situated a few kilometres from the little village Bevagna was established in 2005, and it sprung from the authentic passion for agriculture of Francesco, sommelier and his sister Giulia, agronomist.

With strong determination, the winery was restored in 2005 and in some parts the family vineyard was replanted with a variety of local vines. Currently, the vineyard covers a surface of three hectares.

The continual search for excellent products which mixes tradition and innovative techniques have, in just a few years, contributed to the young vineyard already becoming well known in the territory.

The winery also produces a much appreciated extra virgin olive oil and a small quantity of prestigious saffron.
