The Guastini farm was born in 2009 from the passion and desire of Eleonora and Edoardo (a passionate agronomist and olive grower) to create a genuine product with unique characteristics.
Eleonora is wife and mother of three children Caterina, Cecilia and Alessandro. After graduating in Food Technology, she became an agricultural entrepreneur dedicating herself to the production of oil. Edoardo, agronomist and a passionate olive grower.
Thanks to our enthusiasm, our work and our values, we want to delight all those who love the quality of life, through the best oil. L’Altro Sapore oil is enhanced by the emotion and involvement of our family, it is not made only of olives but of love and passion for our land, of careful care for plants and their fruits.
Our fundamental values are the passion for excellence and for the good, understood as love for beauty and well-made things. We want to improve the quality of life of our customers by offering them a product created following these values, an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil.
In 2017 the “L’Altro Sapore” Restaurant – Olive Oil Library was also born, which represents the arrival point of a path that starts from the olive tree and reaches the plate, to enhance the qualities and characteristics of our oils. All our dishes are cooked with local products which, together with our oils, are the absolute protagonists of the kitchen, you will immerse yourself in the flavours, aromas and traditions of our land.
