laRiservaBio italian organic farm is managed by the De Rossi family. The farm is situated in Tuscia, an area which has perfect climate and soil for the pressing of prime quality extra-virgin olive oil. The farm has 50 hectares of land where cereal grains and olive trees are grown.The production cycle is aimed at achieving the highest quality. The olives of typical Canino ancient variety are harvested early, taken to the press daily and put through a cold extraction system. The oil is then carefully preserved in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen atmosphere and bottled before sale.
