At the beginning of the century, great grandfather Adamo sensed the harmony between this land and the vineyard. Grandfather Umberto continued his arduous and tireless work. Papa Giovanni perfected production methods but always respected the cycles of nature. Today Stefano with enthusiasm and concern continues his work to produce wines that are the result of love for the land and such a long tradition.
We have 8 hectares out of which 4,5 are in Monteforte d’ Alpone, historic heart of Soave region and 2 hectares in Valpolicella at Fumane.
At the moment we produce about 130.000 bottles and 90% goes for export. Now we are trying to extend our selling market to new countries. In our vineyards we mostly cultivate Garganega grape (100% Garganega) with a historic plant called “pergola
veronese ” and we use a particular technique to obtain possibly the best from the grape. We have also 1,5 hectare in San Giovanni Ilarione, where we produce the famous white wine: pinot grigio.
Our structure consists of two guesthouses:
– The first consists of mini apartments that can accommodate three / four people and are equipped with a kitchenette, double bed, air conditioning, TV and a sofa bed for two people, and allow a comfortable stay even for families who love nature.
– The second, completely ecological, consists of three rooms that can accommodate from one to three people, with the possibility of using a shared kitchen. These rooms are also equipped with TV, air conditioning and VMC (air purification system, designed for allergy sufferers).
