Monte del Frà winery was founded in 1958 by the brothers Eligio and Claudio Bonomo. The name originates in 1492 when the property belonged to the order of Friars Santa Maria della Scala in Verona, who had already cultivated vineyards on the land. Today it is managed by the next generation Marica, Massimo and Silvia, with teamwork that has introduced our wines to more than fifty countries worldwide.

Monte del Frà represents the most notable regional wines in Verona: Custoza, Lugana, Valpolicella and Soave. All wines are produced with our own locally grown grapes using sustainable practices in the vineyards and innovative techniques of fermentation in the winery, in order to minimise sulphites contents.

The result are extremely elegant, refined and balanced drinking wines
