Pomario is located in Umbria, between Città della Pieve and Orvieto, not far from Lake Trasimeno, at an altitude of 500 m. It is a small, very bright hillock isolated from the rest of the territory. The Spalletti Trivelli family, having sensed the potential of this uncontaminated and exceptionally rare “agro ecosystem”, manages the 9 hectares of vineyards and 8 of olive groves following the dictates of organic-biodynamic agriculture while maintaining the natural balance.

The principles that guided the construction of the new cellar, the oil mill and the suggestive underground barrel cellar were respect for the territory and attention to environmental balance. The entire structure is equipped with up-to-date eco-compatible systems for controlling the essential parameters for the production of excellent wines and oil.
