PROVAM is a private limited company made up of 10 winemakers from the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, steadfastly passionate about “wine things”. In 1992, vision and entrepreneurship led to the birth of a modern (and effective) winery to produce wines from the grapes typically grown in the region: Alvarinho and Trajadura.
