Mulled Apple Cider - Fred Whitlock
Ingredients 1 Gallon (16
cups) apple cider Method Put cider in a stock pot and bring to a slight boil. Peel the oranges. Cut peeled oranges and juice them. Add orange peel, orange juice and spices and simmer for 10 minutes or to taste. Filter out the spices and orange peel through a colander into a punch bowl or other serving dish. Reheat as required. |
