The Good Gourmet Society - Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the terms and conditions which apply to the loyalty program (THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY) following its launch.
Your participation in THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY means that you accept, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ means you as a participant in THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ refer to the provider of THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY, ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH. Our registered office is in Baarerstrasse 43, 6300 Zug, Switzerland – ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH is creator and promoter of the activities available on the website THEGOODGOURMET.COM, reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily provided by users, in compliance with current regulations.
The Terms supplement our website terms and conditions and our privacy and cookies policies.
How it works
THEGOODGOURMET.COM account users already registered may start using THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY to earn GOURMET Points. New users who create a THEGOODGOURMET.COM account will be asked to sign up for THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY during registration. The account created on THEGOODGOURMET.COM is personal and non-transferable.
You must be logged into your THEGOODGOURMET.COM account to access your THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY dashboard.
You may cancel your THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY at any time by clicking
Once canceled, all GOURMET Points earned are voided and may not be redeemed on any future purchase.
Participation in THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY is a benefit granted to THEGOODGOURMET.COM users and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued GOURMET Points and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited. In the event of a termination of your participation or a termination of THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY, ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH has no liability to participants for unused points or other program benefits.
If you have previously opted out of receiving email communications from THEGOODGOURMET.COM prior to joining THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY you will not receive any emails in relation to THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY. To reactivate email communications from THEGOODGOURMET.COM, re-subscribe.
You may opt-out of receiving THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY emails but still be part of the loyalty program.

EARN GOURMET POINTS
For each €1 you spend on any qualifying purchase (taxes and shipping fees not included) from THEGOODGOURMET.COM you will be awarded 1 GOURMET Point.
You will only receive 1 pending GOURMET Point for every full €/EUR you spend. For example, if you spend €0.99, you will not receive any points, if you spend €1.50, you will only receive 1 GOURMET Point but if you spend €2, you will receive 2 GOURMET Points.
GOURMET Points cannot be transferred to another customer’s account.
A qualifying purchase is when you spend a minimum of €1 on THEGOODGOURMET.COM on items included in THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY. At our discretion, some items may be excluded.
GOURMET POINT Validity
Confirmed points are valid for 12 months, they will expire on the last day of the 12th month.
When a reward is redeemed, the oldest points from your account will be deducted first.
Example: Order placed on 15 March 2021. Points will be valid through 15 March 2022.
As you earn GOURMET Points by making purchases and being active on social media channels, you’ll unlock higher levels.
Each Level will give you access to greater rewards and benefits, as notified to you from time to time, which might include discounts, entry to competitions, prize drawings and bonus points days. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will communicate to you at that time. Some Level rewards will only be communicated via email; therefore you must receive email communications from us to receive these rewards.
Redeem GOURMET Points
Once you have earned enough GOURMET Points, you may redeem them for rewards, such as GOURMET Events, according to your level and amount of GOURMET Points earned. GOURMET Points are non-transferable. Once requested, rewards cannot be changed or cancelled.
THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY is brought to you by ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH assumes no liability for participation by users where their participation violates state/country laws or regulations. Your participation is subject to present and future program rules. Your participation is valid only at www.thegoodgourmet.com and GOURMET Points may only be earned and redeemed on www.thegoodgourmet.com.
No purchase is necessary to enroll. To begin earning and redeeming GOURMET Points, you must be signed up for an account at THEGOODGOURMET.COM with a username and password.
The Data Controller for data collected through this website is ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH.
The Data Controller processes the personal data of the User taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the User’s personal data.
Personal data, voluntarily provided by the User, is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects, but due to its same nature can, by means of processing and integration with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the personal data may be accessible to external parties.
Business use (e.g. purchasing products for the purpose of reselling) of THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY is strictly prohibited and will be considered abuse. ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a purchase is business use.
THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY is offered to users who are over 18 years of age as of the date of their first subscription to THEGOODGOURMET.COM.
ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY without prior notice for any conduct, which we at our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY. We also reserve the right to revoke GOURMET Points, at our sole discretion, for any participant who has tried to abuse THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY in any way.
Limitation of Liability
By entering into THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY, you release ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH., any affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability of any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this loyalty program, or acceptance or use of any points given. No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or jumbled transmissions, or service provider (Internet, website, Usenet) accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Since the above causes are not exhaustive and changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH as and when required without giving prior notice or any form of communication to the loyalty program users.
ANAVAS CONSULTING GmbH reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of THE GOOD GOURMET SOCIETY, to amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate the program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: govern GOURMET Points earned on and after the date of the change; or change the value of already accumulated GOURMET points. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on THEGOODGOURMET.COM and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in the notification.
