Our location is Podere Collalto (“Farm on a high hill”), appropriately named as we are the highest point in the area, at 515 meters above sea level. The property is situated halfway between Siena and Cortona. The property has been in existence since the 1600’s. Owner Robert Buly purchased the estate in 2006 with the satisfaction that it is located just a few kilometers from Serre di Rapolano, the hometown of his mother.
Buli Vineyard is positioned on a spectacular hilltop at the center of a triangle encompassing the Chianti Classico zone, Montepulciano and Montalcino. The terroir of Azienda Agricola Buli is optimal to produce the finest wines and olive oil. The elevation allows for warm days and cool nights, perfecting the sugar and acidity balance. We produce three Red wines, in addition to Rosato, White, and Grappa. All of our wines are organic.
In addition to wine tastings, typical Tuscan lunches, dinners or parties can be arranged in the cantina tasting room by appointment.
