The Velenosi winery was founded in 1984 by Angela and Ercole Velenosi, who later established Velenosi Srl together with Dr. Paolo Garbini in 2005.

The heart of the company is located in the city of Ascoli Piceno, in the Marche Region, and in addition to the four wineries located in Ascoli Piceno, Castorano, Monsampolo del Tronto and Castel di Lama, there is a vineyard in the area of Ancarano (TE) and in the area of San Marcello (AN), among the Castelli di Jesi.

Today, the production is about 2,500,000 bottles.

We count on a highly specialized staff, from our in-house team to external consultants such as Attilio Pagli, one of the most famous oenologists in Italy, and Cesare Ferrari, consultant for a long list of Franciacorta wineries and for our three types of metodo classico since 2010.
