Accurate temperature control, the maximum of which is raised to 28 degrees Celsius and allowed to freely drop until racking.
Aging in wood: 48 months in Slavonian oak barrels selected by Stockinger
Bottle aging: at least six months in a conditioned room
Organoleptic Analysis:
COLOR: deep ruby red with garnet shade, limpid.
BOUQUET: Austere and enveloping, with hints of wood where it has matured well blended with the ethereal aroma; complex bouquet with ripe fruit.
FLAVOR: Imposing structure, of great thickness and volume, powerful but smooth tannins.
Service: At a temperature of 20 ° centigrade, in glasses created for Brunello di Montalcino wine.
