Brunello di montalcino DOCG 2016

Sangiovese grosso, vinification in stainless steel vats for 20 days, 30 months aging in large Slavonia Stockinger barrels, aging in bottle for at least 6 months.

 

Brunello di Montalcino goes perfectly with game based dishes such as stews, braised meats, wild boar, guinea fowl or duck based but also roasted veal and pork. First courses rich in seasonings such as with wild boar ragout, or Tuscan Pappardelle. Brunello di Montalcino, especially if more advanced, is also very convincing with very mature rich cheeses.

"Rivale" Toscana rosso IGT 2016

Sangiovese grosso, Merlot – vinification in stainless steel vats for 20 days; 10 months aging in large barrels, bottle aging for at least 6 months.

 

Perfect with first courses of land, pasta with vegetables, lasagna, to be combined with the second courses of the land cuisine, it is excellent with grilled pork.

Rosato Toscana IGT 2019

Sangiovese grosso – vinification in stainless steel vats, a few hours of maceration on the skins for the Sangiovese bled with Brunello grapes from Vigna Montosoli.

 

Perfect combinations with medium-aged and stretched curd cheeses, cold cuts, fatty fish and white meats, even grilled or roasted, and first courses rich in seasoning.

Ideal thanks to the acidity to degrease the greasiness even for fatty fish such as tuna and salmon.

Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2019

Sangiovese grosso, vinification in stainless steel vats for 20 days, 8 months aging in large Slavonian Stockinger barrels, aging in bottle for 4 months.

 

Rosso di Montalcino is ideal for less elaborate first and second courses based on rabbit, chicken, turkey and lamb. It also goes well with medium aged cheeses.
